These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Floate mobile application ("App") and any related services provided by Floate ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
By accessing or using Floate, you confirm that you are at least 17 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its content.
Floate offers free and paid subscription tiers. All payments are processed through Apple In-App Purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings. We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods except where required by applicable law.
The Floate App, including the Peptide Calculator and Wellness Lens features, is provided for educational, informational, and research purposes only. The App is a mathematical utility and wellness awareness tool. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You are solely responsible for any values you enter and any decisions you make based on App outputs.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any health, fitness, nutrition, or supplementation protocol.
Floate is not a regulated medical device. The Wellness Lens feature provides camera-based wellness estimation for educational awareness only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
All content, design, code, and features of the Floate App are the exclusive property of Floate and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the App without prior written permission.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. Use the App at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Floate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to health decisions made based on App outputs.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
